About

Built by a 17-year enterprise software firm.

ClaimVise is a product of Innodel Technologies Pvt Ltd, a software company founded in 2009 in Ahmedabad, India. For seventeen years we have built production systems for healthcare, finance and operations teams in the US, UK and Australia.

Why we built ClaimVise.

We spent years watching billing agencies, in India and in the US, work on margins that shrink every year. Much of the work on a billing floor is the same steps again and again. Check eligibility in a portal. Pull a chart out of the EMR. Apply the coding and modifier rules. Key the charge into the billing system. Older billing software organized that work. It never took it away.

We did not want to make those tools a little faster. We wanted to flip the workflow. AI agents and secure connectors do the routine steps. A person reviews every claim and handles the exceptions. So we built the platform from scratch, with the rules, the reference data and the audit trail at the base instead of added later.

ClaimVise is running today with a billing-agency client that serves US practices. Those practices include hematology and oncology (coding, chart retrieval and posting) and a cardiology practice (eligibility checks only). As of October 2026, the platform has run more than 1,200 eligibility checks and more than 250 claims for that client.

Where the product is today.

  • Seven AI agents that read notes, code, check claims, flag denial risk, draft appeals, reconcile drugs and audit. A person reviews the output.
  • Three secure connectors that work inside real customer systems: OncoEMR chart retrieval, AdvancedMD charge posting and eTactics eligibility checks.
  • A multi-practice platform for billing agencies with a plan and prepaid wallet for each practice, module access, roles, a team productivity report and a billing page.
  • A nightly billing scorecard. It compares each claim as ClaimVise coded it, as your reviewer finalized it and as the practice charged it. The ClaimVise team switches it on for an agency.
  • Rules learned from reviewer changes. When reviewers keep making the same fix and the practice's own charges agree, ClaimVise can turn it into a narrow rule for that practice. It is off by default, admins can see and suspend any rule, and the AI model itself is not retrained.
  • CMS reference data refreshed every quarter: NCCI and MUE edits, the physician fee schedule, drug payment limits, HCPCS and ICD-10-CM. The October 2026 quarterly datasets are loaded, and the 15 HCPCS codes CMS ended on 30 September 2026 are closed.
  • Guardrails built in. A charge is never filled in with a guess. A tamper-evident audit log records each decision. Every release of the coding engine is tested against real notes before it ships.

ClaimVise is built to work across specialties. The coding engine and the CMS reference data cover them all. We started in hematology and oncology, and that is where our testing runs deepest. Other specialties are added one at a time: each gets its own rules and runs in shadow beside the standard result on real notes. A qualified coder must review and sign off the rules before routine use.

What comes next.

First is the move of the whole platform to AWS, with a target of 30 November 2026. It is in progress, not finished. Today the app and database run on a hosting provider's servers in France, and AI processing runs on AWS in the US. After that come clearinghouse submission, live remittance posting, and integrations with Availity, eClinicalWorks, OmniMD and Meditab (all planned). Later comes AR follow-up and prior authorization. The roadmap lists every item and its status.
