This Privacy Policy explains what information ClaimVise.ai (a product of Innodel Technologies Pvt Ltd) collects when you visit our marketing website, why we collect it, and how to contact us with questions. This policy covers claimvise.ai only. The ClaimVise platform at claimvise.ai/app is governed by the platform Terms of Service and the HIPAA terms accepted at registration; this policy applies to the marketing website only.

What we collect.

When you visit claimvise.ai, we collect the following types of information:

Information you provide directly. If you fill out the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company name, phone number (optional), role, specialty (optional), claim volume estimate, and message text.
Server access logs. Our web server records standard HTTP access logs including your IP address, requested URL, referrer, user agent, and timestamp. These logs are retained for 30 days and used for security monitoring and traffic analysis.
Email correspondence. If you email us, we retain the email content and your email address.

What we do not collect.

We do not use third-party analytics services on the marketing site (no Google Analytics, no Hotjar, no Segment, no Mixpanel).
We do not set tracking cookies. The marketing site does not set any cookies.
We do not include advertising tracking pixels.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketers or data brokers.

Your browser and third parties.

The site remembers your display choices (INR or USD, per practice or per unit) in your browser's local storage. These values contain no personal information and are never sent to us. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your IP address is sent to Google when a page loads.

How we use information.

We use the information you provide to:

Respond to your inquiry, schedule a demo, or discuss a partnership.
Send follow-up communications about your specific inquiry. We do not add you to general marketing email lists without explicit consent.
Investigate security incidents, prevent abuse, and improve site reliability (server logs only).

Where information lives.

Contact form submissions and server logs are stored on servers that Innodel Technologies operates with a hosting provider in France (European Union). Email correspondence is stored in Google Workspace under our organizational account. The AI processing used by the ClaimVise platform (not by this website) runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States.

How long we keep it.

Contact form submissions: until the inquiry is resolved, plus 12 months for follow-up purposes. You can request deletion at any time.
Server access logs: 30 days, then automatically deleted.
Email correspondence: retained per our business records retention policy (7 years for tax and contract-related correspondence; 12 months for unsolicited inquiries that do not result in a relationship).

Your rights.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate information.
Request deletion of your information.
Object to certain uses of your information.
Withdraw consent for any communication you previously opted into.

To exercise any of these rights, email chirag@innodel.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We respond to all requests within 30 days.

International transfers.

ClaimVise.ai is operated from India by Innodel Technologies Pvt Ltd, with servers in France. If you contact us from outside India or France, your information will cross international borders to reach our systems. By using the marketing site, you consent to this transfer.

Children.

ClaimVise.ai is a B2B platform intended for healthcare practices and billing agencies. The marketing site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at this URL and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will also be communicated via email to active customers.
